Complete your intake
Tell us about your health history, current medications, and goals. Completing the intake does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
A licensed provider reviews you
A licensed healthcare provider evaluates your information and decides whether treatment is medically appropriate. Medication, strength, and dosage are set by the provider, not chosen by you.
Approval & payment
If treatment is approved, your payment is processed and all fees are shown clearly before your order is finalized.
Pharmacy fulfillment
Your prescription is sent to our dispensing pharmacy, which fills and ships your medication directly to you.

You complete a health intake

A licensed provider reviews it
A licensed healthcare provider reads your intake and may follow up with questions before deciding anything.

Your provider decides on treatment
If treatment is medically appropriate, the provider decides the medication, formulation, strength, and quantity. You don't pick a dose. If treatment isn't appropriate, you'll be told, and our Returns & Refunds page explains what's refundable.

Partell Pharmacy fills and ships it
Once your prescription is written, Partell Pharmacy dispenses your medication and ships it to you.
